Exploring Fuerteventura AirportThere is a car park situated in front of the terminal building which provides spaces for over 1200 cars, 60 coaches and 300 rent a car.
The arrivals area has eight baggage reclaim carousels located close to the rent a car companies where you can check in and pick up your pre-booked vehicle.
The departures area and check in is on the ground floor where there are 34 desks. There is a passenger information desk here, ticket sales office for several airlines, a self-service cafeteria, ATM, lottery outlet, pharmacy, first air centre and shopping area. Be sure to allow plenty of time to register for your flight and also to return your rent a car. Once you have checked in you should proceed to the first floor which is where you wait and board the aircraft. You will also find various shops and restaurants here to help you pass the time while waiting for your flight to be called.
